Responsibilities
Ensure reliability, availability, and safety of equipment and facilities
Optimize costs and performance through maintenance strategies
Define and implement maintenance strategies aligned with production and HSE goals
Plan and schedule interventions on equipment
Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and economic indicators for maintenance
Coordinate the maintenance team, defining shifts and skill development plans
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations
Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement plans
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HSE
Requirements
5–8 years in industrial or facility maintenance
At least 2–3 years in leadership roles
Knowledge of TPM principles and Lean methodologies
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic automation systems
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Management) or technical diploma with equivalent experience
