About the role

  • Ensure reliability, availability, and safety of equipment and facilities
  • Optimize costs and performance through maintenance strategies
  • Define and implement maintenance strategies aligned with production and HSE goals
  • Plan and schedule interventions on equipment
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and economic indicators for maintenance
  • Coordinate the maintenance team, defining shifts and skill development plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations
  • Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement plans
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HSE

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in industrial or facility maintenance
  • At least 2–3 years in leadership roles
  • Knowledge of TPM principles and Lean methodologies
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic automation systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Management) or technical diploma with equivalent experience
