Responsibilities

Perform active prospecting and lead qualification, planning external visits.
Support tests and technical projects with clients, proposing solutions aligned with industrial needs.
Prepare detailed commercial proposals and lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
Monitor orders, ensuring excellence in after-sales service.
Use CRM for planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend assessments.
Participate in trade shows and events to strengthen relationships and promote the brand.
Develop strategic solutions to expand market share in the São Paulo region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
Minimum experience in B2B sales.
Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel within São Paulo state.
Preferably degree in Chemical Engineering.
Postgraduate degree in Sales Management or related areas.
Experience in the chemical industry.
Knowledge of chemical formulations, industrial processes, or polymeric materials.
Advanced English.
