About the role

  • Conduct consultative sales of chemical specialties to industrial clients.
  • Perform active prospecting and lead qualification, planning external visits.
  • Support tests and technical projects with clients, proposing solutions aligned with industrial needs.
  • Prepare detailed commercial proposals and lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Monitor orders, ensuring excellence in after-sales service.
  • Use CRM for planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend assessments.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to strengthen relationships and promote the brand.
  • Develop strategic solutions to expand market share in the São Paulo region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Minimum experience in B2B sales.
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel within São Paulo state.
  • Preferably degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Postgraduate degree in Sales Management or related areas.
  • Experience in the chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of chemical formulations, industrial processes, or polymeric materials.
  • Advanced English.
