About the role
- ERP Support Consultant providing technical and functional support for ERP systems at Questel. Assisting users and troubleshooting system issues to ensure efficient operations across business processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for ERP system users across different business units
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams
- Assist in ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configurations to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain ERP user documentation, training materials, and best practices
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure ERP alignment with business needs
- Monitor ERP system performance, security, and data integrity, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve ERP adoption and proficiency
- Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party support teams for issue resolution and enhancements
- Participate in system testing, integration, and process improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on ERP trends and emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in ERP support, administration, or a similar role, ideally with NetSuite
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and business processes
- Experience in troubleshooting, system configurations, and user support
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
