Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for global data platform initiatives including data integration, architecture modernization, and analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, DevOps, analysts, and business stakeholders across regions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports using Jira and Confluence.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with global data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships as needed.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level updates on project status, metrics, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in technology or data platform-related roles.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, global data initiatives on Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and modern data stack concepts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
- Familiarity with DataOps, DevOps, and CI/CD principles.
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Databricks, Synapse, or other Azure-native analytics tools.
