Responsibilities
- Deliver program outcomes within time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction parameters
- Provide leadership, vision, strategic planning and support tactical execution plans
- Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery while providing a holistic view
- Lead, develop and manage projects and programs across business units
- Utilize effective program management skills and tools to drive project delivery
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, IT, Legal, and business units
- Drive communication to ensure stakeholders understand the current state and priorities
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate controls and mitigations
- Drive continuous improvement of processes through automation and technology usage
- Monitor, report, and present program performance, compliance status, and risk metrics to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience
- 6+ years of experience in program or technical project management including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- 8+ years of experience in program management within a Fortune 500 company
- 6+ years of experience in successful project delivery and problem-solving
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
