Responsibilities
Deliver program outcomes within time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction parameters
Provide leadership, vision, strategic planning and support tactical execution plans
Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery while providing a holistic view
Lead, develop and manage projects and programs across business units
Utilize effective program management skills and tools to drive project delivery
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, IT, Legal, and business units
Drive communication to ensure stakeholders understand the current state and priorities
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate controls and mitigations
Drive continuous improvement of processes through automation and technology usage
Monitor, report, and present program performance, compliance status, and risk metrics to senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience
6+ years of experience in program or technical project management including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
8+ years of experience in program management within a Fortune 500 company
6+ years of experience in successful project delivery and problem-solving
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
