About the role

  • Technical Project Management Advisor II delivering program outcomes within time and budget at Fiserv. Leading strategic initiatives across business areas with high complexity and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver program outcomes within time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction parameters
  • Provide leadership, vision, strategic planning and support tactical execution plans
  • Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery while providing a holistic view
  • Lead, develop and manage projects and programs across business units
  • Utilize effective program management skills and tools to drive project delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, IT, Legal, and business units
  • Drive communication to ensure stakeholders understand the current state and priorities
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate controls and mitigations
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes through automation and technology usage
  • Monitor, report, and present program performance, compliance status, and risk metrics to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience
  • 6+ years of experience in program or technical project management including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
  • 8+ years of experience in program management within a Fortune 500 company
  • 6+ years of experience in successful project delivery and problem-solving
  • Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
