About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing content production and client services for BurdaLuxury brands. Ensuring project deliverables are met while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Regional Project Management Lead
  • Managing all stages of client campaigns from brief to execution to ensure client deliverables are met
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from editorial, sales, and strategy
  • Providing an exemplary level of client service to ensure increased retention and renewal rates
  • Working collaboratively with sales and advertising teams to identify upselling opportunities
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of our brands and the luxury industry to advise clients on best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing or agency experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills with end-to-end efficiency in stakeholder and timeline management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in collaborating and coordinating with several teams at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSTeams)
  • Familiarity with image tools such as Canva, productivity applications are a plus
