About the role

Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in software project or program management, technical leadership, or a comparable cross-functional role.
- Experience in engineering, DevOps, or Developer Relations — ideally in an open-source, SaaS, or platform environment.
- Strong understanding of modern development environments with APIs, SDKs, CI/CD, and developer tooling.
- Ability to translate roadmap goals into concrete, measurable work packages and KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Fluent English (German not required).
