• Project Coordinator integrating AI initiatives with developer experience, promoting engagement and adoption while focusing on technological evolution. Connecting strategy, community, and execution for AI advancements.

Responsibilities

• Act as an integration agent between Artificial Intelligence initiatives and developer experience, driving engagement, technology adoption, the evolution of engineering practices, and strengthening the technical culture.
• Connect strategy, community and execution to ensure new technologies — especially AI/GenAI — are adopted in a structured, productive way and aligned with business objectives.
• Structure and lead the technical community focused on AI and engineering.
• Organize and promote forums, guilds, workshops, development tracks and other training initiatives.
• Encourage the adoption of AI throughout the development lifecycle by supporting use cases, best practices and experiments.
• Map the developer journey, identifying friction points in tools, processes and environments.
• Collaborate with architecture, platform and engineering teams to evolve patterns, frameworks and pipelines.
• Serve as a strategic bridge between technology, product and business areas.
• Create and maintain continuous feedback channels on satisfaction, engagement and technical maturity.
• Measure productivity indicators, technology adoption and the evolution of engineering culture.
• Support internal communications and change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• Technical background or solid experience in software engineering environments.
• Knowledge of modern development practices: CI/CD, cloud, version control, pipelines and engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence / GenAI topics.
• Previous experience energizing technical communities, knowledge management or engagement initiatives.
• Strong ability to liaise between technical audiences and executives.
• Systemic thinking, organizational skills, effective communication and a collaborative attitude.
