About the role

  • Technical Program Manager driving execution for AI-driven SaaS products at Abnormal. Collaborating across teams to ensure predictable program deliverables and high visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Drive programs (sprint cadences, maintain Jira boards, and track milestones) and manage project schedules by determining dependencies across project teams, proactively addressing risks, and reporting progress to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of program deliverables.
  • Work across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Support to maintain clear communication and accountability. Act as the operational bridge between teams across APAC, EU and US - prepare summaries, capture decisions, and keep handoffs smooth. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and progress toward shared goals.
  • Coordinate release readiness, QA/UAT, documentation, and rollout communications across teams. Design, establish, and iterate on best practices and repeatable processes for operational excellence, including incident management and leading post-mortem's, etc.
  • Track proof-of-value (POV) trials and onboarding progress; summarize blockers and ensure follow-through with owners. Consolidate incoming issues and feedback, ensure reproducibility, and route them to the right teams quickly.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to streamline product launch processes, gather user feedback, and ensure efficient post-launch support. Help build and maintain dashboards showing release status, activation metrics, and issue resolution rates.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of overall professional experience with at least 2 to 3 years in Technical Program or Project Management
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and product operations best practices
  • Experience working with SaaS products like Jira and understanding of SQL
  • Experience working in iterative, fast-paced weekly release environments, leveraging agile and scrum processes for planning, execution, and delivery
  • Curiosity for AI-first security products and a desire to understand how they reach customers successfully.
