- Maintain a clear, rolling three-month roadmap
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans
- Coordinate large and small releases
- Continuously monitor key metrics
- Improve processes, optimize and automate GitHub workflows
- Clarify priorities in backlog and bug review sessions
- Foster a culture of reliability, openness, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least four years of professional experience in a technical role
- Experience in release management, release engineering, or automating CI/CD processes
- Familiar with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and modern version-control workflows
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders across Engineering, QA, and Product
- Clear, empathetic, and proactive communication, especially in complex situations
- Structured and organized working style and a high degree of ownership
- Fluent English; German language skills are not required
- Experience with open-source ecosystems, coordinating large-scale releases or product migrations, and a genuine commitment to inclusive teamwork and a respectful, appreciative work culture.
