About the role
- Technical Consultant Intern supporting project management and client needs in banking & payment services. Learning standards, tools, and coordinating client and internal team communications.
Responsibilities
- Learn about Thales DIS standards, products, processes, and tools
- Gather the functional and technical needs of the client, analyze them, and formalize them into specifications for the development teams
- Coordinate the client and internal teams to implement projects within the specified timelines
- Meet the commitments made to the client (deadlines and delivered services)
- Customize and validate cards using internal simulators
- Improve the quality and efficiency of projects through process and tool improvements
- Analyze internal processes and propose improvement plans to management
- Provide support to internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Sales...) when needed
- Prepare reports for management
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telematics or similar
- High level of English & Spanish (oral & written)
