About the role

  • Consultant en transaction de commerces dans un cabinet spécialisé pour accompagner les entrepreneurs et dirigeants lors de la cession d'entreprises. Développement de portefeuilles et négociation tout au long du processus.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect to build a portfolio of small- and mid-sized businesses and business assets for sale, leveraging existing partnerships
  • Maintain trust-based relationships with business owners
  • Participate in the assessment and valuation of business assets and companies (activity analysis and potential)
  • Identify prospective buyers, qualify them and arrange introductions
  • Help build a portfolio of potential buyers
  • Conduct site visits and support both parties during negotiations
  • Manage files through to signing (preliminary agreements and deed of sale)
  • Provide full support to clients throughout the process
  • Maintain active market monitoring

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, negotiation or transaction advisory (business sales and commercial real estate transactions)
  • Strong appetite for fieldwork and prospecting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
  • Good understanding of the corporate/B2B environment
  • Interest in new technologies and curiosity about emerging digital trends
  • Autonomy, tenacity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
