About the role

  • Implement, integrate, and optimize 3D assets within Unity, ensuring visual fidelity, efficient performance, and consistency across platforms
  • Collaborate with artists and engineers to establish and maintain efficient art pipelines
  • Drive improvements in asset creation workflows, shader development, and animation systems to streamline production
  • Provide guidance on best practices for scene management, lighting, and rendering optimization
  • Support the art team with tools and scripts that improve iteration speed and production efficiency
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to art assets, performance, and engine integration

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Artist or related role in game development, preferably in Unity-based projects
  • Deep understanding of Unity engine, including asset integration, animation systems, materials, and lighting
  • Strong grasp of 3D asset optimization, LOD systems, and performance profiling
  • Solid foundation in art fundamentals such as composition, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with both artists and engineers in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Analytical mindset and proactive approach to identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical challenges
