About the role
- Motion Designer working in a digital agency creating compelling creatives for various social media platforms. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop engaging ad concepts and designs.
Responsibilities
- Creation of high-performing creatives: animations and creative assets.
- Support in developing creative advertising concepts for a wide range of clients.
- Production of image and video creatives, as well as design of elements for our internal marketing and our website.
- Development and further refinement of creative ideas, strategic creative consulting, and other measures that optimize collaboration.
Requirements
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects & Photoshop
- Proven experience in digital design and social advertising, or a strong understanding of social media
- Degree in design/graphic design or a comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for new tools and familiarity with generative AI
- Very good German language skills
