About the role

  • Analyze the features clients want to implement;
  • Create a documentation regarding the research;
  • Establishing rules for the art team on how to create assets;
  • Optimize geometry and materials for performance across platforms;
  • Ensure technical consistency and visual quality according to platform requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the same position in gamedev;
  • Proficiency in **UE5;**
  • Solid understanding of the **Nanite and Lumen pipelines;**
  • Experience with setting up **Shaders, World partition, Writing documentation;**
  • At least B1 English level;
  • Ability to communicate with people from different culture background.
  • Understanding of real-time rendering constraints on multiple platforms (PC, consoles);
  • Basic scripting knowledge for tools (e.g. Python, C#, or Blueprint).
