Responsibilities
Analyze the features clients want to implement;
Create a documentation regarding the research;
Establishing rules for the art team on how to create assets;
Optimize geometry and materials for performance across platforms;
Ensure technical consistency and visual quality according to platform requirements.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in the same position in gamedev;
Proficiency in **UE5;**
Solid understanding of the **Nanite and Lumen pipelines;**
Experience with setting up **Shaders, World partition, Writing documentation;**
At least B1 English level;
Ability to communicate with people from different culture background.
Understanding of real-time rendering constraints on multiple platforms (PC, consoles);
Basic scripting knowledge for tools (e.g. Python, C#, or Blueprint).
