Responsibilities
Functional and disciplinary leadership of two project managers in the Fluid Technology area
Active coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and implementation
Close collaboration with relevant suppliers on customer-specific matters and projects
Conduct company-wide customer analyses and identify market and customer potential
Support sales in acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts
Manage and advise key accounts in day-to-day and project business
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation
Implement targeted campaigns together with Marketing for the Fluid Technology product ranges
Report relevant KPIs and customer activities to the Head of Ludwig Meister Consulting
Responsible for occupational safety and compliance with all relevant safety regulations
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Further training in business administration or technical fields (e.g., technician, master craftsman, business specialist, business economist) is an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in wholesale
Solid product knowledge in fluid technology and initial experience in a leadership role
Strong negotiation skills and a proven sales aptitude
Openness to new ideas and strong analytical ability to solve complex tasks
Team player with strong communication skills and empathy
Willingness to take responsibility and further develop the product range
Good German and English skills as well as proficient use of CRM and ERP systems and MS Office
