Strong process understanding and the ability to independently and structurally manage complex project workflows
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, and confident use of digital tools and ERP systems
Analytical and meticulous working style, particularly when handling contracts and key performance indicators
Strong communication and assertiveness skills, including clear escalation competence
