About the role

Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Administration team at headquarters
  • Oversight of administrative operations in Germany and Austria
  • Further development and standardization of administrative processes
  • Support for strategic projects and process optimization initiatives
  • Responsibility for cross-site fleet management
  • Development of internal procurement processes
  • Responsibility for office management at the headquarters

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative or organizational roles
  • Initial team leadership experience or a strong desire to develop in team management and cross-site coordination
  • Degree in business administration, public administration or a comparable qualification, or commercial vocational training
  • Desirable: experience in fleet and procurement management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and assertiveness
