About the role

  • Tax and legal assistant supporting clients in economic and tax matters. Focusing on the creation and review of final invoices for insolvency administrators in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support for the tax advisors and lawyers responsible for the engagement
  • Active and independent client support on economic and tax matters
  • Preparation and review of final invoices for insolvency administrators

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Legal Assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte), Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or comparable commercial qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the insolvency sector
  • Practical experience in preparing or reviewing final invoices for insolvency administrators
  • Confident user of DATEV and open to digitized processes
  • Client- and solution-oriented mindset and approach
  • Enjoys teamwork and able to handle tasks independently
