Responsibilities

  • Deliver critical customer technical support for network, hardware, and infrastructure development
  • Manage the resolution process for all P1 & P2 and other critical incidents
  • Execute and deliver within standardised procedures

  • BGP/HSRP/LAN/WAN/Cisco/IP/Routing/Switching/SDWAN knowledge
  • Managing Security related issues
