About the role

- Inspecting cleaning services according to the service specifications and implementing applicable occupational health & safety and hygiene guidelines
- Communication with the client and internal interfaces
- Point of contact for centre management and close coordination with the property manager and, if necessary, dispatch
- Management of supplies and equipment
- Assessing needs, ordering and maintaining cleaning agents and equipment
Requirements
- Experience in building management or facility services
- Enjoyment of customer contact and team leadership
- Confident manner and strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems
- Class B driving licence
- Clean enhanced criminal record certificate, preferably attached to the application
