About the role
- Tax Attorney working on strategic consulting projects in tax law with a focus on tax reform. Involvement with client interactions and detailed analytical work in Campinas, SP.
Responsibilities
- Work on strategic tax advisory projects with a focus on tax reform.
- Draft legal opinions and analyze tax impacts for companies.
- Maintain ongoing client interaction at various levels, including alignment and follow-up meetings.
- Prepare and review technical documents and analytical reports.
- Enter and manage information in legal case/systems.
Requirements
- Active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration for at least 5 years
- Completed postgraduate degree in Tax Law
- Experience in tax advisory
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the tax area, with work in consulting or strategic projects
- Experience at a Big Four firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
