About the role

Responsibilities
- Drafting legal opinions and responses to inquiries on matters related to Administrative Law;
- Drafting, analyzing and reviewing administrative contracts, cooperation agreements, pacts and other instruments executed with the Public Administration (public entities);
- Supporting the analysis, submission and contestation of contractual claims and requests for economic-financial rebalancing in companies and public bodies;
- Monitoring procurement processes and preparing administrative defenses, challenges and appeals;
- Drafting drafts of bills, decrees and other normative and administrative acts necessary to enable concession and PPP projects;
- Drafting, analyzing and reviewing risk matrices, tender documents and feasibility studies for infrastructure projects;
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience
- Experience with public contracts, public procurement/tenders, concessions, PPPs and the infrastructure sector;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Preferred qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree/specialization in a related area (completed or in progress);
- Experience in modeling and structuring concession and PPP projects;
- Intermediate to advanced English.
