About the role

  • Lawyer specializing in real estate law at a leading economic law firm, managing complex real estate transactions and providing legal counsel in various real estate matters.

Responsibilities

  • Handling demanding advisory projects in real estate law
  • Legal support for real estate transactions
  • Advice on commercial tenancy law, occasionally on condominium law and on private construction and architects' law
  • Supporting clients of various sizes, legal forms and industries on questions of real estate business law — from project development through leasing or sale
  • The work is carried out in close cooperation with colleagues from other legal practice areas as well as the tax advisory department
  • Part of the work will be conducted in English

Requirements

  • Completed degree in law
  • Initial experience gained during the legal traineeship (Referendariat), through relevant internships or student assistant positions; preferably already substantial professional experience in the areas mentioned
  • Strong understanding of economic contexts, solution-oriented approach, flexibility and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
  • Team spirit, social skills, initiative, high motivation, strong communication skills and professionalism
