Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
  • 10+ years of legal experience with a focus on government contracts
  • Experience counseling stakeholders on compliance with government contracts regulations
  • Experience leading government contract negotiations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of time
