About the role

  • Assistente de Atração e Seleção managing recruitment processes for retail areas, capturing new talents and conducting interviews for Grupo Panvel.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the attraction and selection process for Retail areas.
  • Source new talent and screen resumes.
  • Perform profile alignment and conduct group and individual interviews together with the hiring manager.
  • Provide feedback on the selection process and follow up on onboarding documentation.
  • Assist in resolving candidates' and employees' inquiries.
  • Update spreadsheets and keep selection data organized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
  • Experience handling a high volume of vacancies is desirable.
  • Experience with the Gupy Recruitment & Selection and Gupy Admissions platforms is desirable.
