About the role

  • Teaching staff for pedagogy in presence and part-time in Pößneck by ESO Education Group. Engaging in educational content delivery and student support.

Responsibilities

  • You teach learning content in a practical and engaging manner.
  • You prepare your lessons before and after class.
  • You act as a point of contact for our students, advising and supporting them.
  • You actively participate in shaping examination processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in teacher training for vocational schools in social pedagogy, or a Diploma/Master/Magister in Pedagogy, English, Sports Sciences, or a Bachelor’s degree in English, Sports Sciences or Pedagogy with the willingness to complete a social-pedagogical (Master’s) degree part-time while working.
  • Professional experience in the education sector, preferably adult education.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to work well in a team.
