Systems Administrator providing first-line support for business platform users at Vivobarefoot. Managing IT issues while contributing to system maintenance and project optimizations.
Responsibilities
First-line support for users of the system
Management of the issue tracking system to support the day to day operation of the business
Monitor and manage IT systems: NetSuite, Boomi, Magento, Celigo, Sitoo, and WMS
Perform root cause analysis of all issues resolved and propose permanent solutions
Assume a critical and participative role in the maintenance and support of systems
Support the business in the production and amendment of reports from core systems
Data management including data cleansing, data mapping, data workflows, etc.
User access & role maintenance
Business Process Documentation
Work with 3rd party providers to troubleshoot and fix issues
Systems Project Resource focusing on General NS optimisation & Finance optimisation Projects
Requirements
Experience with NetSuite is essential for this role
Exposure to business platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, Centric, WMS and Sitoo
Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role
An understanding of the administration of NetSuite is desired (but not essential)
Highly motivated, capable of working both alone and alongside team members
A good understanding of Freshdesk or a similar incident management system
