About the role
- Systems Administrator providing first-line support for business platform users at Vivobarefoot. Managing IT issues while contributing to system maintenance and project optimizations.
Responsibilities
- First-line support for users of the system
- Management of the issue tracking system to support the day to day operation of the business
- Monitor and manage IT systems: NetSuite, Boomi, Magento, Celigo, Sitoo, and WMS
- Perform root cause analysis of all issues resolved and propose permanent solutions
- Assume a critical and participative role in the maintenance and support of systems
- Support the business in the production and amendment of reports from core systems
- Data management including data cleansing, data mapping, data workflows, etc.
- User access & role maintenance
- Business Process Documentation
- Work with 3rd party providers to troubleshoot and fix issues
- Systems Project Resource focusing on General NS optimisation & Finance optimisation Projects
Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite is essential for this role
- Exposure to business platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, Centric, WMS and Sitoo
- Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role
- An understanding of the administration of NetSuite is desired (but not essential)
- Highly motivated, capable of working both alone and alongside team members
- A good understanding of Freshdesk or a similar incident management system
