About the role
- Activating new clients and services for ACOM Sistemas, ensuring initial configurations and providing technical support. Collaborate with clients to ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform activation of new clients and services, ensuring initial configurations are applied correctly;
- Activate plugins;
- Perform POS integrations;
- Provide technical support for consultants and clients during activation, addressing questions and issues;
- Conduct tests to ensure the system is configured correctly and fully operational before handover to the consultant or client, and monitor system validation in production post-implementation.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of API integrations;
- Installation and configuration of executables;
- Basic knowledge of systems, ERPs, or client activation processes;
- Basic experience with ERP implementations;
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Organized and deadline-oriented;
- Proactive problem-solving skills;
- Ability to interact with clients and provide efficient support;
- Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
