Responsibilities
**What will you do at MMDSmart?**
Maintain and support office hardware and operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations in the Sofia office;
Administer and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls);
Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users (on-site and remote);
Ensure proper functioning and timely updates of workplace software and security tools;
Perform user account and access management (Google workspace, MDM, identity services, endpoints);
Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and support procedures;
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including equipment preparation and access provisioning;
Collaborate with IT operations department to enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices;
Participate in incident resolution, escalating when necessary.
Requirements

Operating Systems:
Strong knowledge of major operating systems, particularly Windows, Linux/Unix and MacOS is essential.
Mail services (SMTP, POP3/IMAP) and other services (DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS).
Security:
Ensuring network information security, data protection.
Knowledge of security best practices, including managing vulnerabilities and threats, is vital.
Understanding what MDM is and how it works.
Networking:
A solid understanding of networking concepts like IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls is necessary.
Understanding how VPN works. Practical experience with configuring VPN including OpenVPN.
Scripting:
Basic scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash are needed for automating tasks.******- Soft skills:****
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are critical for diagnosing and resolving complex issues;
The ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users is important;
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks are necessary for meeting deadlines and handling multiple responsibilities;

Fluent level of English;
