About the role

  • Lead the growth of Vertosa’s B2B sales strategies
  • Develop and drive comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Guide the identification and pursuit of new market opportunities
  • Build and scale a strategic channel partnership network
  • Optimize customer journey from awareness to post-sales support
  • Oversee utilization of commercial software and systems
  • Regularly report on revenue performance and commercial metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial or revenue leadership roles
  • Leadership experience in optimizing teams for rapid scale
  • Demonstrated success in leading Sales, Go-To-Market, and Marketing teams
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and revenue optimization tools
  • Understanding of the cannabis and hemp markets
  • Interest in highly regulated industries and overcoming external challenges
  • Familiarity with AI tooling
