About the role

  • Customer Success Manager in sustainability for post-sales support. Focused on customer management and technical consulting within a remote team.

Responsibilities

  • This role is post-sales and is located within our company's technical sustainability team
  • Approximately 70–80% of the responsibilities focus on customer support and customer management, while the remaining tasks involve analyzing individual customer data and improving processes
  • You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in sustainability
  • You will onboard new customers to our software
  • You will act as the primary contact for customers’ questions and issues related to using our products and provide technical sustainability consulting
  • You will interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers
  • You will support customers in making decisions about the optimal use of our tools and services
  • You will serve as the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers
  • You will develop and manage tools to monitor customer activity and respond to insights from that monitoring

Requirements

  • You have at least one year of experience in a similar role
  • You have work experience with at least one of the following: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis
  • You have native-level German proficiency
  • You work independently and are customer-oriented
  • You have a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • You communicate clearly and confidently
  • You are motivated to independently learn new sustainability content
  • Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus
  • You have business-fluent English
