About the role

  • Assistente de CRM supporting marketing strategies by operationalizing campaigns in CRM for customer engagement and retention. Driven to enhance customer journeys and base growth through diverse campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS and other channels), ensuring quality, correct segmentation and timely delivery
  • Execute and monitor automated relationship flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation, etc.)
  • Support the development and organization of the campaign calendar
  • Conduct operational A/B tests (subject lines, creative, segmentation) under the guidance of the analyst
  • Monitor campaign results and assist in consolidating performance metrics
  • Ensure review of links, UTMs, segmentations and the quality of communications before sends
  • Liaise with marketing, product and media teams to align campaign activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields
  • Previous experience (including internships) with CRM, email marketing or digital marketing
  • Experience with CRM send or automation tools
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Good written communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic CRM metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate)
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail
  • Basic knowledge of audience/base segmentation
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing
  • Proactive mindset with interest in developing into analytical roles
  • Interest in customer journeys and retention
