Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented regional sales and clinical team
  • Drive commercial success and build long-term partnerships with hospitals, specialists and key opinion leaders
  • Deliver system change proposals and secure complex framework agreements
  • Shape regional strategies, manage resources and coach your team
  • Take ownership of the regional pipeline, align with franchise strategy

Requirements

  • Strong sales track record in surgical or operating room-based businesses, ideally in orthopaedics or endoscopy
  • Experience in first-line sales management and complex stakeholder negotiations
  • Show commercial and financial acumen
  • Committed to coaching and developing a high-performing team,
  • Ability to influence at senior levels
