About the role

  • Responsible for leading Lavoro’s Supply department, coordinating the S&OP and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensure integration between demand planning, internal customer service, and operational execution.
  • Ensure the effective operation of the S&OP process, aligning demand plans, production capacity, and service levels.
  • Supervise internal service performance.
  • Develop integrated policies and procedures for the Supply area.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Support the definition of strategic targets and KPIs.
  • Lead executive S&OP meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process efficiency gains.
  • Manage the department budget.
  • Ensure training, development, and engagement of teams.
  • Oversee the use of ERP systems, BI tools, and customer service platforms.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Planning, or strategic business areas.
