Responsibilities
Responsible for leading Lavoro’s Supply department, coordinating the S&OP and Customer Service teams.
Ensure integration between demand planning, internal customer service, and operational execution.
Ensure the effective operation of the S&OP process, aligning demand plans, production capacity, and service levels.
Supervise internal service performance.
Develop integrated policies and procedures for the Supply area.
Serve as the point of contact between Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Support the definition of strategic targets and KPIs.
Lead executive S&OP meetings.
Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process efficiency gains.
Manage the department budget.
Ensure training, development, and engagement of teams.
Oversee the use of ERP systems, BI tools, and customer service platforms.
Lead continuous improvement projects.
Monitor compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Planning, or strategic business areas.
