About the role

  • Supplier Auditor in a digital insurance provider ensuring compliance across Motor and Supply Chain claims processes. Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders for risk management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to audit strategies that protect the business and customers
  • Building strong relationships across the supply chain
  • Ensuring claims processes remain efficient, compliant, and customer focused

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in internal and supplier claims processes
  • Designing and developing effective audit approaches
  • Managing relationships with senior personnel within each Supplier
  • Identifying areas for indemnity savings and providing focused solutions
  • Completing root cause analysis, including systems, controls and complaints
  • Extensive motor claims knowledge and experience, or combination of motor claims and home claims
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret MI
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
