Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in internal and supplier claims processes
- Designing and developing effective audit approaches
- Managing relationships with senior personnel within each Supplier
- Identifying areas for indemnity savings and providing focused solutions
- Completing root cause analysis, including systems, controls and complaints
- Extensive motor claims knowledge and experience, or combination of motor claims and home claims
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret MI
- Strong stakeholder management skills
