Responsibilities
Drive Presales Success: Manage and execute presales strategy to hit membership targets prior to grand opening.
Client Communication: Handle all inbound and outbound communication through email, Instagram, phone calls, and AXLE CRM.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective members, providing an exceptional first impression of the JETSET brand.
Hype Creation: Collaborate with marketing to implement creative campaigns, social media engagement, and local partnerships to drive excitement.
Organization & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups in AXLE CRM, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Event Support: Assist in planning and executing pre-opening events, pop-ups, and community activations to promote the studio launch.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, community management, or studio/fitness operations (boutique fitness or hospitality experience preferred).
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple communication channels at once.
Confident communicator with strong writing and phone skills.
Social media savvy, especially with Instagram for community engagement and DM management.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
