About the role
- Strategy Manager leading strategic initiatives with CEO and COO at OnMed. Focused on business growth and operational excellence in healthcare access solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support key strategic projects from scoping to execution, adapting your role as needed (lead or contributor)
- Partner directly with the CEO and COO to ensure high-quality planning, organization, and execution of strategic priorities
- Build clear, compelling, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences; ability to leverage AI tools to enhance quality and speed
- Perform in-depth data analysis in Excel and other tools to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct market and competitor analysis or research to inform business strategies
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively in internal and external meetings
- Work cross-functionally to drive alignment, communication, and accountability across teams
- Ensure high standards of project management, tracking milestones, deliverables, and impact
- Bring a relentless work ethic and a mission-oriented, "do-what-it-takes" mindset to everything you do
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in preferably in business, or finance
- MBA highly preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in management strategy consulting or related roles (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
- Demonstrated experience driving complex strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills with a focus on visual storytelling and executive-ready presentations
- Advanced Excel skills, with a strong grasp of financial and data analysis
- Proficient with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a strong plus
