About the role

  • Create, maintain and update workforce data reporting and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
  • Assist in financial planning cycles for CL business areas, including FTE tracking and cost reporting.
  • Support recruitment governance processes and ensure data accuracy in workforce systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance and People teams to monitor workforce trends.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and visualisation.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and other reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Workday, Oracle).
  • Ability to interpret workforce and financial data and present findings clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across teams.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries is desirable.
  • Exposure to strategic planning cycles (e.g., 4YOP, 6YOP) is desirable.
  • Understanding of job architecture, skills taxonomy, or talent analytics is desirable.
