About the role

  • lead strategic initiatives to grow our diverse portfolio of spirits, RTDs, wine, and champagne across assigned states
  • drive pricing execution, demand forecasting, and financial performance within established guardrails
  • partner with teams on chain-level planning and execution, ensuring alignment between chain and non-chain strategies
  • foster a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and high performance across direct and indirect teams

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales leadership, in wine and spirits industry
  • proven ability to lead distributor relationships and deliver against financial and strategic goals
  • strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a data-driven approach
  • ability to travel up to 40%
