About the role

  • Lead the strategy and execution of localized product experiences for LATAM (Brazil and Mexico)
  • Focus on understanding regional trends, regulations, market-specific opportunities to drive growth and engagement
  • Analyze territory-level performance and launch fully localized features to ensure product resonates locally
  • Lead in-depth market research and competitive analysis, including addressing piracy threats and device/demographic alignment
  • Develop a LATAM-specific product roadmap; audit user experiences, identify pain points, and collaborate with UX on personas and journey improvements
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data and in-country activities to drive product decisions and subscriber growth
  • Serve as the voice of LATAM within global product, UX, and engineering teams and provide cross-functional guidance
  • Report to the Director of Product - International Growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 12+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Demonstrable experience in the domains relevant to international growth/product management
  • Comfortable operating without a clear roadmap; able to bring structure to ambiguous problems
  • Trusted collaborator with experience partnering across product, UX, and engineering teams
  • Strategic thinker with ability to make tradeoffs and prioritize investments
  • Skilled communicator able to present strategy to executive audiences and broad stakeholders
  • Outcomes-driven with experience producing measurable results against KPIs/OKRs
