Responsibilities
oversee the end-to-end Sponsor Bank program and ensure processes are executed in alignment with our policies, standards, and procedures
collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management and Relationship Management to develop and maintain a comprehensive governance program, focusing on control reporting, risks and controls, and ongoing monitoring of Sponsor bank Functions
provide governance and oversight through control reporting, ongoing monitoring, risk and control testing, process mapping, and ensuring Sponsor Bank functions align with policies and regulatory guidance
build and maintain key relationships and ensure adherence to bank policy and regulatory expectations, presenting information clearly to internal and external partners
develop and maintain oversight monitoring, reporting, and critical documentation for consistency and review by key stakeholders and senior leadership
identify key risks to the Sponsor Bank program and develop action plans to address and mitigate the risks
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
8+ years of experience in Governance, Compliance, Consumer Lending, or Internal Audit
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data & Analytics, Risk Management, Accounting, or similar (preferred)
CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)
CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager)
APRP (Accredited Payments Risk Professional)
10+ years of experience in Governance, Compliance, Consumer Lending, or Internal Audit (preferred)
