About the role

- Pre-order checks and preparation of investment decisions or securities orders
- Analysis and verification of bank transactions between the custodian/depositary and the asset management company in the QPLIX management system
- Post-trade checks and reviews of relevant securities orders
- Execution of transactions with the relevant custodian (settlement)
- Ongoing compliance controls for relevant investment funds
- Portfolio reconciliation including maintenance and validation of prices, master data and asset classifications
- Preparation of asset reports including preliminary reviews and plausibility checks (e.g., performance calculations)
- Preparation and submission of regulatory reports on securities transactions to the relevant authorities
- Reconciliation, support and active collaboration with portfolio management
Requirements
- Completed degree in Finance or Financial Economics, vocational training in the banking sector, or equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years of professional experience in securities settlement/operations at a bank or an asset management company
- Good knowledge of financial market instruments
- Good command of English
- Structured, independent and analytical working style
- Ability to solve complex problems and handle complex issues, including under increased pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident manner, including when dealing with clients
- High quality awareness, discretion, flexibility and reliability
