About the role

  • Provide post-sales support for Emerson Process Management in order management and non-technical inquiries. Contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the Manila Australia-New Zealand Alliance Team.

Responsibilities

  • To generate and review for completeness/accuracy and send purchase orders to Interco Factories and Suppliers for Buy Out orders
  • To resolve PO problems to speed up delivery of orders
  • To manage customer order records and request dates in the system and customer portals.
  • To assist in workload management and help optimize work processes.
  • To participate in initiatives within the functional unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
  • Minimum 2 years of actual experience in related documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or function.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
