About the role
- Sourcing Specialist screening job applicants and qualifying them for assigned positions. Collaborating with recruiters to understand job requirements and maintaining candidate information in the ATS.
Responsibilities
- Contact and conduct screens with job applicants to qualify and gauge interest for assigned requisitions
- Complete a full set of phone screen notes using a provided template and pass off to the Recruiter or Project Manager to move candidate forward in recruiting process
- Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and client needs
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database
- Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status
Requirements
- One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls
- Oral Communication: Engage effectively in dialogue and fully fluent in English
- Written Communication: Effectively and accurately communicate internally and with candidates in English
- Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
