About the role

  • Contact and conduct screens with job applicants to qualify and gauge interest for assigned requisitions
  • Complete a full set of phone screen notes using a provided template and pass off to the Recruiter or Project Manager to move candidate forward in recruiting process
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and client needs
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database
  • Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status

Requirements

  • One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls
  • Oral Communication: Engage effectively in dialogue and fully fluent in English
  • Written Communication: Effectively and accurately communicate internally and with candidates in English
  • Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
