About the role
- Solutions Architect responsible for deploying Generative AI applications. Partnering with customers to drive value and scale their applications from prototype to production.
Responsibilities
- deeply embed with our most strategic platform customers as the technical lead
- work with senior customer stakeholders to identify the best applications of GenAI in their industry
- intervene directly to accelerate customer time to value through building hands-on prototypes
- forge and manage relationships with customers’ leadership and stakeholders
- contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
- scale the Solutions Architect function through sharing knowledge and publishing best practices
- validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to the Product and Research teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience
- effective and polished communicator who can translate business and technical topics to all audiences
- led complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions
- knowledge of network/cloud architecture
- industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript
- own problems end-to-end and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
- humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues
- desire to do whatever it takes to make the team succeed
- effective, high throughput operator who can drive multiple concurrent projects and prioritize ruthlessly
