Act as a go-to expert for Data Center Networking, Cloud DC architecture, automation, and security across Cloud Providers and Enterprises
Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and competitive analysis to craft tailored solution blueprints
Architect and promote Nokia offerings like SR Linux, Event Driven Automation, and NSP for secure, automated DC and WAN environments
Drive pre-sales activities including proposals, solution presentations, PoCs, RFP responses, and BoM creation
Work closely with Sales, Product Line Managers, Engineering, and Services teams to ensure customer success
Educate partners and internal teams on Nokia’s product strengths and unique value propositions
Represent Nokia at public forums, strategic briefings, and industry events to showcase technical leadership
Demonstrate deep knowledge in IP Clos (EVPN/VXLAN), SDN, automation (Ansible, Python, GitOps), cloud-native infrastructure (K8s, OpenStack), WAN/LAN/SD-WAN, and DC/cloud security
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics/Computer Science or related field); advanced certifications preferred (e.g., Nokia NRS I/II, SRA, CCIE, JNCIE, etc.)
8+ years of experience in pre-sales, systems engineering, or consulting roles in enterprise or service provider environments
Proven track record of designing and delivering data center and enterprise network transformation projects
Working knowledge of virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure (e.g., VMware, OpenShift, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficient in SDN, NFV, EVPN-VXLAN, AI Networking, network fabric design, and software-defined WAN
Understanding of networking technologies and platforms like Linux, OpenStack, OpenShift or similar
Experience with automation tools and languages (Ansible, Python, GitOps)
Knowledge of WAN/LAN/SD-WAN and data center/cloud security
Strong customer communication and presentation skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
