- Solution Engineer designing and implementing modern workspace solutions for international clients. Collaborating closely with project management and support teams while enhancing knowledge in Unified Endpoint Management.
Responsibilities
- Eigenständiges Design, Implementierung und Rollout von Omnissa Workspace ONE -Lösungen bei internationalen Kunden
- Diagnostik, Analyse und Behebung von Problemen auf Level 2 & 3
- Überwachung, Wartung und Updates bestehender Kundensysteme
- Kontinuierlicher Ausbau deines Wissens: Trends, Zertifizierungen, Best Practices
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Support und Kunden – du bist Sparringspartner & Umsetzer zugleich
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-/Technikbereich
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Bereich Unified Endpoint Management
- Idealerweise: Workspace ONE-Zertifizierung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Intune etc.)
- Versiert in Fehleranalyse & Kunden-Support
- Offen für Präsenzpflicht & Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
