About the role
- Solution Architect responsible for SAP-Service-Architekturen and consulting clients in Southern Germany. Collaboration with project management and ensuring strategic alignment of services.
Responsibilities
- Overall functional and technical responsibility for SAP service architectures.
- Advising at management and process levels on the design, harmonization, and optimization of service processes.
- Designing and architecting end-to-end solutions in the areas of SAP Field Service Management, SAP Service Cloud, SAP CS and/or SAP S/4 Service.
- Defining and governing the system architecture and integration scenarios into existing ERP and logistics processes.
- Developing target architectures, roadmaps, and decision documents.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in the service area.
- Solid knowledge of at least two of the following systems: SAP Field Service Management, SAP Service Cloud, SAP CS, SAP S/4 Service.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end service business processes and their integration with SD, MM, logistics, and FI/CO.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
