Responsibilities
manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and credit hire claims, guiding each matter from instruction to resolution.
draft clear and compelling pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every stage.
act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing practical, up-to-date, and commercially focused legal advice that helps them achieve their business objectives.
build and maintain strong client relationships will be central to your success, as will effective communication with insurers, counsel, and colleagues across the firm.
take ownership of your files and financial performance, meeting targets while maintaining efficiency and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
contribute to the growth and success of the department by maintaining high professional standards, protecting client confidentiality, and participating in firm-wide initiatives, training, and business development opportunities.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE
Strong working knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation.
Experience handling Small, Fast, Intermediate and multi-track cases.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
